Group results

Description

These results show a group of database records, such as all those within the same household or schedule number for a census. Since these are often part of the same family group, or otherwise related, you have the option of paying to see all the records in the group (without having to pay a second time for the one you first looked at).

The format of the records is identical to that for the single record looked at previously.

A series of links providing a short cut to previous pages in the search process. At this stage there are typically three links.

  • Refine Search that will take you back to the Search Form.
  • Search Results that will return to the list of name index results.
  • Details that will return to the list of detail records.

Notes

The group number in the summary at the top of the page has no meaning, and could change if there is cause to update the database.

No charge is made if an identical search is performed within a few days. However, as records displayed are not recorded, you will be charged again if separate searches turn up more than one record from a group (this behaviour is likely to change in the future).
