You can use this page to change your name, email address password, hint phrase and country. You cannot use the page to change your user name.

Description

This page enables you to change:

  • The name by which you like to be addressed.
  • Your email address – a message is sent to this address if ask to reminded of your password hint phrase, or a voucher is due to expire shortly.
  • Your country of residence.
  • Your new password – entered twice, at least six characters not included in email address, hint phrase or user name.
  • Your password hint phrase.

Notes

Important: please ensure that your country of residence is correct so that we can comply with European Union legislation regarding our liability to pay Value Added Tax.

When choosing a password please consider how important the security of your account and password is to you. We store your password in an encrypted format, and encrypt any password you enter before making the comparison. This means that we cannot find out what your password is. We would recommend that you do not reuse any password that you use for online banking or any significant transactions.
