Payments made and amounts left

This menu option allows you to check how much credit you have left and when any voucher is due to expire.

If you have made a payment into an account with a different user name it will not be shown here.

Description

This page shows all the payments you have made over the past few months, including vouchers that have not expired yet and those recently expired. The columns show:

  • The number of the voucher.
  • Whether the credit on the voucher has been completely used up, if not it will show as 'partly-used'.
  • Date the payment was made or pre-payment card redeemed.
  • Date the voucher expires, at least six months after purchase.
  • Credit or debit card payments are shown as as 'Virtual' and pre-payment card payments as 'Phys'.
  • The original amount of the voucher.
  • The amount left unused.
  • The final column is normally blank, and is used for special types of vouchers.

Multiple payments are shown in chronological order.

Notes

If you have more than one voucher with an amount left to your credit, the system will deduct charges from the voucher with the earliest expiry date.

You will be reminded by email 28 days before a voucher is due to expire.
