The following information may be recorded for each burial, although the actual arrangement differs for the two parishes.:

• Name – Surname in capitals
• Residence/Abode
• Age at death, if known
• Other – notes and information
• Parish – Church where burial took place.
• Soc. Ref. – Reference of Wakefield & D FHS Publication.
• Archive Ref. – Reference in Wakefield? Archives.

The follow tables list the number of entries for each Church or Chapel and the range of years covered.

Where the age is not a whole number of years, y = years, m = months, w = weeks and d = days.
